The previously mentioned may help one get a job, but true job success involves so much more. Therefore, the main focus of Reentry St. Louis's employment program is "soft skills." We know without the "soft skills" even the most talented and educated folks often miss opportunities, or lose great jobs, due to reasons including, but not limited to, their lack of interpersonal or communication skills, issues with flexibility, and work ethic.
