While our employment program includes obvious programming such as

résumé building, cover letter writing, job skill development, networking, interview skills, and job placement and follow-up support, those are only a part of the employment program.  The previously mentioned may help one get a job, but true job success involves so much more. Therefore, the main focus of Reentry St. Louis's employment program is "soft skills."  We know without the "soft skills" even the most talented and educated folks often miss opportunities, or lose great jobs, due to reasons including, but not limited to,  their lack of interpersonal or communication skills, issues with flexibility, and work ethic.  We assist our clients in developing these crucial skills. Because we all know working people are happier people.
